 Each of our career fairs attract nearly 1,000 college students and alumni, making our events the most efficient way to recruit graduate students in Western Pennsylvania. Candidates must be current students or graduates of a college or university granting associates, bachelors and/or graduate degrees. Graduate Schools are invited to attend our Spring 2022 Fair. You can attend both days or only one; it’s your choice. Pricing for all scenarios is listed below.

Please Note: Registration for the virtual fair is complimentary for all graduate schools that attend the in-person fair on March 9th. However, you do need to fill out both online registration forms in order to attend both days.

Graduate School Deadline to Register: March 2 at 5pm.
This a firm deadline. Absolutely no exceptions will be made after the deadline passes.

**In-person Fair **Graduate School Standard Registration - $225

**You will need to create an account on Handshake to register for the career fair. You can sign up for your free account today at joinhandshake.com

What is included in the Standard Registration Package:
*One 10’x’10 booth with one 6-foot table, 1 chair, trash can, booth sign, table covering, and pipe and drape.
*1 recruiter included (1 additional recruiter ticket can be purchased for an additional fee of $35)**
*Opportunity to host Group Sessions with up to 50 candidates at a time.
*Organization profile listed in our fair online directory which includes information about your graduate school programs.

 

    **In order to keep the crowd size down due to COVID-19, Graduate Schools are not permitted to bring any more than 2 recruiters to the in-person fair. Thank you for your understanding as we work hard to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy.
**VIRTUAL FAIR Only** Graduate School Standard Registration - $175

What is included in the Standard Registration Package:

  • Access to Handshake where networking with take place between candidates and employer
  • Complimentary Video Chat option available on Handshake or you can utilize platforms such as MS Teams or Google Meet
  • Unlimited recruiter schedules available in the app
    NOTE:  On average, recruiters have the opportunity meet with 10 candidates per hour per recruiter schedule.
  • Support for how to utilize the app before and during the event
  • Specific instructions will be provided on how to setup schedules and use the Virtual Fair App

Registration Policy: WestPACS reserves that right to cancel any graduate school registration at anytime if the Executive Board determines the opportunities offered by your graduate school do not benefit our students and alumni. 

 Cancellations will only be received in writing. Please email westpacs@westpacs.org if you need to cancel your registration. You will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee if we receive your cancellation on or before February 18, 2022.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 18, 2022.
