 Our Fall 2022 Career Fair will be a two day event. The Virtual Fair on Handshake will take place exactly one week prior to the In-Person fair taking place at Monroeville Convention Center. Employers have the option to attend both days or only one day. Registration fees for all scenarios are listed below.

Please note: Registration for the virtual fair is complimentary for all employers who attend the in-person fair. Recruiters do need to complete both online registration forms in order to participate both days.

What to expect from a face-to-face westPAcs fair

Employers and graduate schools with entry-level, internship, co-ops and graduate programs have the opportunity to meet in-person with alumni, soon-to-be graduates and underclassmen from more than 50 colleges and universities in Western Pennsylvania and surrounding regions. Candidates must be current students or graduates of a college or university granting associates, bachelors and/or graduate degrees. What to expect from a virtual Fair

We will be working with Handshake to host our upcoming virtual career fair, to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience for students and employers. If you do not already have an employer account on Handshake, you will need to create one at joinhandshake.com and here’s how!


When registering your recruiters for this event, we recommend starting out with just a few recruiters, 1 – 3 recruiters is a good starting point! This may mean scaling down from the typical number of recruiters that would attend an in-person fair, but it ensures that your recruiters’ time is used effectively. Don’t worry – you will be able to add on extra recruiters once the initial recruiter schedules fill up; it is very simple!

 

After you register, we will follow-up with more detailed instructions on how to use Handshake and setup your session schedules.

Registration PAckages

Registration Deadline for Employers and Graduate School Representatives is September 23 at 5pm. This is a firm deadline. Absolutely no exceptions will be made after the deadline passes.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Registration for the Virtual Fair is complimentary for all organizations who attend the in-person fair. RECUITERS need to complete the online registration Form for both events in order to participate both days.

**virtual fair ONLY** Early Bird Standard Registration - $225

IMPORTANT: Employers who attend the in-person portion of the fair on March 9th are welcome to attend the virtual fair on March 10th for free.

*Registration fee increases to $250 after 5pm on August 31

What is included in the Standard Registration Package:

  • Access to our Virtual Fair App where networking will take place between candidates and employers
  • Complimentary Video Chat option available within the app or you can choose to utilize apps like MS Teams or Google Meet
  • Unlimited recruiter schedules available in the app
    NOTE:  On average, employers have the opportunity meet with 10 candidates per hour per recruiter schedule. We recommend starting with
    no more than 1 -3 schedules and we will add more schedules at your request once schedules begin to reach capacity.
  • Support for how to utilize the app before and during the event
  • Specific instructions will be provided on how to setup schedules and use the Virtual Fair App
**Virtual fair only** Non-profit and government agency registration - $225

Registration fee increases to $600 at 5pm on August 31st.

•    10′ x 10′ booth with a standard size banquet table, table linens, two chairs, pipes, and drapes.
•    Two tickets to the recruiter luncheon (one additional recruiter can be purchased for $50**
•    An organization profile in the online employer directory

**Maximum 3 recruiters per Standard Registration Booth. If you need to bring additional recruiters, please consider registering for one of our sponsorship packages.

**In-Person FAIR** Non-Profit/government agency registration package PRICE - $410

What is included in the Non-Profit and Government Agency Package:

•   10′ x 10′ booth with a standard size banquet table, table linens, two chairs, pipes, and drapes.
•    Two tickets to the employer luncheon (one additional recruiter ticket can be purchased for $50)**
•    An organization profile in the online and mobile employer directory app

**Maximum 3 recruiters per Non-Profit/Government Agency Registration. If you need to bring additional recruiters, please consider registering for one of our sponsorship packages.

Registration Policy: WestPACS abides by the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ (NACE) Principles for Employment Professionals.  We reserve the right to restrict any company/organization who does not abide by these principles.  For more information, please refer to the NACE website.
