 WestPACS will NOT be hosting an in-person fair this fall, but will instead host a few smaller engagement opportunities at our member school campuses. Details about these exciting new opportunities are provided below.

We will be hosting 1 in-person career fair this coming academic year, which will take place on March 6, 2024. Candidates from 50 WestPACS member institutions attend our career fairs. Candidates must be current students or graduates of a college or university granting associates, bachelors and/or graduate degrees.

Public Service Networking Luncheon | Explore Careers in Local, State, and Federal Agencies

La Roche University

Event Description: Local, State, and Federal Agencies are invited to attend this luncheon to network with students interested in learning more about employment opportunities in the public service sector. Registration and additional details regarding the event will be available soon.

 

Be the Change | Post-Graduate Service & Non-Profit Showcase

Wednesday, November 8, 2023

3 – 5 pm

Duquesne University | Student Union

Event Description: Post-graduate service organizations and non-profit employers are invited to set up a booth. The event will be setup like a career fair format for students to mingle and ask questions about their full-time volunteer programs and employment opportunities. The goal is to show students that there are opportunities to “give back” and “make a difference” in the community and world after graduation with their skills and abilities. The tables will be set up in the main hallways of the Duquesne University Student Union to allow for maximum exposure. Registration and additional details regarding the event will be available soon.

What to expect from a westPACS Career Fair

The WestPACS Collegiate Career Fair will offer employers and graduate schools with entry-level, internship, co-ops and graduate programs an opportunity to meet face-to-face  with alumni, graduating students and underclassmen from more than 50 colleges and universities in Western Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.
