Registration for the Fall 2024 fair opens August 12 at 12pm.

  We will be hosting 1 in-person career fair (fall) and 1 STEM event (spring) this upcoming academic year. Candidates from 50 WestPACS member institutions attend our events. Candidates must be current students or graduates of a college or university granting associates, bachelors and/or graduate degrees. More information about the STEM event will be provided later in the fall.

$1750 gold sponsor

What is included:

• Double Booth (20’x10′) in preferred location with highest visibility
• Up to eight representatives included
• Gold Sponsor Sign at employer booth
• Logo on homepage of WestPACS website
• Listed as “Presenting Gold Sponsor” with your logo and company link on the candidate registration page on the WestPACS website
• Listed as “Presenting Sponsor” on all pre-fair publicity/marketing materials (if registration is received by 5pm on November 15)
• Listed as Sponsor for Candidate Lunch Ticket Vouchers – voucher will include your logo (must register by November 15 to be listed as the sponsor on Candidate Lunch Ticket Vouchers)
• Included as “Presenting Sponsor” in email blasts to all pre-registered candidates with link to your website (1,200– 1,500 candidates typically receive this email)

• Included in email blasts to all pre-registered candidates with company logo and link to your website (1,200– 1,500 candidates receive this email)
• Organization profile in online career fair directory
• Social Media post about your opportunities and attendance at the fair post 1-2 weeks before the fair

$850 bronze sponsor

What is included:

• Single booth (10’x10′) in preferred location; standard size banquet table, table linens, four chairs, pipe and drapes
• Up to four representatives included
• Bronze Sponsor sign near booth
• Organization profile in online career fair directory app

$700 Standard Registration - $50 Early Bird Discount Available until 5pm on August 30

What is included:

• 10′ x 10′ booth with a standard size banquet table, table linens, two chairs, pipe and drapes
• 2 tickets to the Employer Luncheon
• an organization profile in the online employer directory
*If you bring additional recruiters or need additional lunch tickets, there is a fee of $50/each.
Early Bird Rate effective until 5 p.m. on November 30.

$510 Non-profit/government agency registration

What is included:

• 10′ x 10′ booth with a standard size banquet table, table linens, two chairs, pipe and drapes.
• two tickets to the employer luncheon
• an organization profile in the online and mobile employer directory app.
*If you bring additional recruiters or need additional lunch tickets, there is a fee of $50/each.
