Registration for the Fall 2024 fair opens August 12 at 12pm.
Candidates from 50 WestPACS member institutions attend our career fairs. Candidates must be current students or graduates of a college or university granting associates, bachelors and/or graduate degrees. Graduate Schools are invited to attend the fair.
Graduate school registration fees
$350 Graduate School Standard Registration
**You will need to create an employer account on Handshake to register for the career fair. You can sign up for your free account today at joinhandshake.com.
What is included in the Standard Registration Package:
- One 10’x’10 booth with one 6-foot table, 1 chair, trash can, booth sign, table covering, and pipe and drape
- 1 recruiter included (1 additional recruiter ticket can be purchased for an additional fee of $50)
- Organization profile listed in our fair online directory which includes information about your graduate school programs
Registration Policy: WestPACS reserves that right to cancel any graduate school registration at anytime if the Executive Board determines the opportunities offered by your graduate school do not benefit our students and alumni.
Cancellations will only be received in writing. Please email westpacs@westpacs.org if you need to cancel your registration. You will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee if we receive your cancellation on or before March 1, 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 1, 2023.
