Working towards B.S. in Business Administration with a Management and Marketing option
"The WestPACS College Job Fair was informative and fun. We were given a chance to meet face to face with a wide variety of employers that offered jobs and internships. The employers were all friendly and generous with their time and information."

"In 2004, as a Business Administration student at Saint Vincent College, I was uncertain where to find a job and whether to focus my attention in finance, accounting, or management. Without attending WestPACS, I would have been unsure where to begin my job search. Just by scanning their brochure, I was able to determine my interest areas and employers to contact in order to pursue future job opportunities. At WestPACS, I met representatives from the Office of the Chief of Transportation, now the Logistics Propency Office (LPO). Subsequently, I was offered a job at Fort Eustis, VA performing logistics management for the Army. In November 2006, I attended the job fair as a representative for the WestPACS LPO Recruiting Team. Now, it is very rewarding to recruit outstanding students for the LPO Program and to revisit the place where I found my career as a Logistics Management Specialist."

"I actually got my job from attending the WESTPacs Job Fair, so I would recommend it to everyone! I'll be starting as a Part Time Account Representative (mainly Teller), and hopefully after I graduate I can begin training for Platform Reps and Financial Consultants since my major is Accounting. I'll be working at the Rostraver branch, which is literally 2 miles down the road from my house. I was very pleased at how convenient PNC works with employees!
I think most students are not sure of what a job fair consists of. Students might not know what they are supposed to do in order to attend, or what to do when they are there. I think many students are overwhelmed at the idea that the fair is an all day interview with different companies. It isn't. It's a chance for the company recruiters to explain who they are looking for and the positions that need filled. It's a way for students to get in-depth information about the company to see if they would fit in and enjoy that line of work.
I am very honored to have my thoughts and gratitude for the job fair given out.
Thank you! "
